Other features include the seperate lounge room that has no window so it relies on the sunlight from the bedroom for natural light. The balconies in the bedroom are locked and inaccessible. Overall the furniture and decoration in the room are of high quality and up market.The hotel uses a robot for delivery of meals (including items ordered from the outside). The indoor and outdoor pools are huge and I did enter them and swim for a few munites until I was stopped by the lifeguard rudely questioning where my swim cap was. I told him that I didn't have one and nobody or sign asked me to have one. He was concerned that my short hair could pollute the water of the pool. He said everyone was supposed to wear a swim cap. I would have followed the rule if I was told in advance. The way the lifeguard shouted at me made me feel disrespected. So I wish the hotel could put up some signs to clearly communicate the rules before guests enter the pool.

The stuffed animals for the kids is a nice gesture - but both were broken, they were replaced; and they couldn't keep them - we prepared our kids that this might happen, but maybe it would be better to put smaller stuffed animals in the room for the kids to take home with them (merchandise, something to remember).The breakfast was very good!
